Empowering Senior & Disabled Homeowners in Boston
Tenants Development Corporation (TDC) provides minor home repairs for senior and disabled homeowners through our partnership with the City of Boston. We also assist homeowners with intake applications for the City's Senior Save, Emergency Repair, and Major Repair (0% Deferred Loan Program) programs.

Our Mission
TDC's Senior Homeowner Services Program is designed to help seniors and disabled homeowners who face financial challenges by providing access to cost-free home repairs, home improvement assistance and referrals to City of Boston housing preservation programs.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for assistance, applicants must:
- Be 62 years of age or older, or a disabled homeowner.
- Live in in the following neighborhoods: (02119, 02121, 02125); Roxbury (02119, 02120, 02121), Boston Central (02108, 02110, 02111), South Boston (02127), South End (02118), Fenway 02115), Back Bay (02116).
- Own and occupy a 1- to 4-family property.
- Have household income that falls within established program limits Low/Moderate/median income.
